How do I lock in the BF/CM price?
Send an enquiry and approve the proposal before the BF/CM deadline shown on this page. I’ll reserve a slot and apply the promo to your first invoice. We can set a later start date if needed.
Why are prices shown as a range?*
Effort varies by industry, location and competitiveness. Highly competitive niches/metros (e.g., a New York medical spa) demand more work than lower-competition markets (e.g., an electrician in Durham). We confirm your rate after a quick discovery.

Is there a minimum term?
Local SEO + AI: rolling monthly, cancel any time.
New Website + SEO and Redevelopment + SEO: 12-month minimum (covers the build/rebuild and my upfront time/costs). After 12 months, plans continue monthly.
What happens in the discounted first month?
- Local SEO + AI (50% month): citations new/cleanup, GBP categories/Posts/Q&A/photos/reviews plan, on-site linking & CWV fixes, schema/entities for AI readiness, baseline reporting.
- New Website + SEO (25% month): design kickoff, site architecture, copy/capture brief, initial templates/components, technical stack & tracking setup.
- Redevelopment + SEO (25% month): technical audit & roadmap, IA/internal linking plan, performance/accessibility/CWV benchmarks, schema/entity rebuild plan.
When should we expect results from Local SEO?
Early movement typically within 4–8 weeks (Maps/organic). Clearer enquiry lift around months 3–4, compounding by months 6–12. Momentum matters.
Can I combine BF/CM with the annual prepayment discount?
The BF/CM reduction applies to the first month. The annual prepay discount (10%) can be applied to later months; discounts don’t stack on the same month.
Are there any hidden costs?
No setup fees or surprises. If you choose an accelerated push (e.g., heavy content sprints or paid local sponsorship inventory), we’ll agree a separate budget first. New sections/features beyond scope are quoted in advance.
What payment methods do you accept?

What if I cancel?
