Payments are handled securely via Stripe.

Supported methods include major debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank debits where available (e.g., UK Direct Debit, SEPA, ACH), and digital wallets like Apple Pay/Google Pay. Coverage depends on your country (UK, USA, EU, AUS supported).

Invoices are issued automatically with receipts for your records.

Monthly services (Local SEO + AI / Upkeep) can be cancelled with notice per the terms. You keep your site and assets, and I’ll help you transition cleanly if needed.

Project work: once work is delivered and approved, refunds aren’t applicable.

Monthly services: billing is for work delivered and platform costs incurred, so refunds aren’t applicable to past periods. If there’s ever a billing error, I’ll correct it immediately.

No hidden costs. If anything is outside scope (new pages, complex integrations, migrations, major feature work), it’s quoted and agreed before work starts.

If there’s ever optional external spend (e.g., paid sponsorships or tools), it’s only done with your written OK.

Yes. 10% discount for annual prepayment on monthly services. Service delivery remains monthly as normal; the discount is applied to the annual invoice.
