Should you require additional revisions beyond what is included in your package, that work will be quoted separately and billed at my standard hourly rate. Absolutely! I love to see my clients succeed and grow. You can upgrade your package at any time. I can upgrade your hosting and support plan seamlessly, and I can quote for any additional design or feature work required to move you to the next level, such as adding eCommerce functionality to a “Grow” package site.

Transparency is one of my core values. There are no hidden fees from my end. The only potential future costs outside of our agreed-upon plan would be for:

  • Premium Plugin Licenses: If your project requires a specific premium plugin not included in your package, the cost of that license (usually an annual fee) would be separate.
  • Third-Party Services: Costs for services like email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp), or accountancy software (e.g. Xero) are separate from the website build.
